One finds in Varna all kinds of nights clubs, of erotic bars and shops, club of strip tease and gay club. It seems that downtown and in Bulgaria in general, the sex and nudity are forming integral part of the urban life and the clubs are posted openly (useless to know the name of the small street or the places hidden because these places are often located on the large arteries and one quickly realizes there when which one crosses Varna).


Indeed, the stripped places are not rare and make even integral part of the leisures during the night. Advertisments where the nudity of the women is posted are visible a little everywhere downtown on panels of big size making promotion for spectacles or choreography in the clubs.


Suggested nudity is not awkward downtown and one also finds any kinds of magazines “for adults” in the press kiosks downtown.

Many specialized stores are numerous in the turning of small streets : selling erotic objects and costumes. Some shops looks after their presentation giving them a discrete aspect and top-of-the-range and others, does not close the door.

On the large arteries of the city as for example the large avenue Maria Louisa (entered of the city) one can see a very famous bar of the type “peep show” (local denomination) which proposes spectacles, strip tease, waitresses “top less”. Just like its competitor “Crazy Girls”, the erotic bars of the night open downtown very early.


Lastly, even if homosexuality does not show and even if it is more correct to remain discrete downtown, Varna offer gay bars, discotheques and clubs.
